Find a home you want to rent? Excellent! Our application process is simple and fully standardized through a third-party screener. Just click the "Apply" button on the property listing page and follow the instructions to fill out an application. Each member of your household who is over the age of 18 will need to fill out a separate application.

What happens after you hit "submit"?
You will hear directly from our third-party application screener to let you know if your application was successful or not.
Acceptances are based on successful completion of the background and credit checks. Please note, not all applicants who pass the screening process will be able to sign a lease agreement.
We frequently receive multiple successful applications on the same day, and in those cases, the person who submitted their application first will be given the first opportunity to sign an Elara Lease Agreement.
Given the volume of applications our team receives each day, we can only reach out to successful applicants who will have an opportunity to sign a Lease Agreement. If you get an email from our third-party screener that your application was successful, but you do not hear from an Elara team member within 24 hours, you can use the same application to apply for any other home at or below the original home's rental price without submitting a new application.
